Our online support services model was developed based on accessibility, peace of mind, and choice for our clients by providing easy access to local companion services that some families need.

Schedule help when and where you need it

When you sign-up for your free account, our industry-leading online companion scheduler automatically matches you with Maxim at Home’s compassionate, background-checked Companions located right in your area.

When you need support, simply enter when and where you need service and for how long. You have the flexibility to schedule shifts that last just one hour or up to 24 hours in a day. The choice is yours.

You choose your companion

Maxim at Home believes in providing our clients a choice of when and where they need service and choice of companion for their loved one. After you’ve posted your service job, you’ll be able to review the bios from responding companions and pick your favorite.

If you like your companion you can keep them for repeat visits or pick someone new. It’s entirely up to you.

Regardless of who you choose, all our companions are very passionate about the rewarding nature of their work and genuinely look forward to getting to know their clients, listening to their unique stories, and finding ways to help them improve their day.

Our industry leading screening process, checks candidates before they’re hired and continuously re-checks them, providing ongoing peace of mind.


Liability & Workers Comp. Peace of Mind

Our comprehensive employee insurance policies cover all our Companions, including professional liability, unemployment insurance, and worker’s compensation. This relieves you from the personal burden of insurance and liability that could become your responsibility if you hire an independent contractor.

Maxim at Home believes in providing choices for our Clients. A choice of options to help improve their quality of life and the ability to choose their preferred Companion.

We fulfill this through our industry-leading online scheduling platform, where Clients can review the bios and photos of companions to make an informed choice.

How on-demand scheduling works

Maxim at Home staffs numerous Companions in and around every zip code we service. This helps to ensure that when you post a job on a specific date and time, we have multiple Companions available during your time frame to respond to your job. You can then choose your preferred Companion by reviewing their profiles. You can also call our Advisors for a recommendation.

When you post your second job, you can keep your preferred Companion or choose a new one.

Our hourly pricing includes liability insurance, IRS tax paperwork, Companion screening, and Advisor support. No contracts are needed. Payment is quick and easy via credit card. 

We offer our lowest “Weekday Standard” hourly pricing between Monday through Friday, because we found that these hours are when our clients requested help the most.
