Maxim at Home does not accept insurance or Medicare. Our Companion services are paid privately through our secured, third-party credit card processing system.

Our team of Companions are a very diverse set of compassionate people from all walks of life and age ranges, who share an innate calling to serve others.

Yes!  All our Companions are employees of Maxim at Home and as employees they are fully insured. 

Yes, just one hour. If you only need help for one hour, that’s no problem. Our scheduling system allows you to book one or more hours as needed.

Our low hourly rates are all-inclusive, which covers liability insurance, fees for processing applicable IRS tax paperwork, and the time and cost associated with intensive companion screening.

Yes, accounts can be managed by multiple family members.

Yes, our Companions can be scheduled for an overnight shift.

Absolutely, our platform allows you to post jobs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We do recommend to post your job request as early as possible to help ensure a high percentage of responses in a timely fashion.

Yes! When you post a job in our online platform it allows you to specify your preference.

Yes! Our platform is designed to set up services for yourself or a loved one.

Our Companions assist with light household task like dishes, meal preparation, sweeping, vacuuming and tidying up.

No, we have taken care of that for you. Our Companions are screened, interviewed and vetted by our Advisors.

No, we do not provide any hands-on care. Our Companions are non-medical and provide companionship, help with light household tasks, transportation and pet care services.

No, our services include everyday household tasks

No, our Companions can only transport in personal or client vehicles.

We do not require a contract for services but do ask that our clients book a minimum of 1 hour per job.

Our clients have the ability to choose which Companion comes to their home with each shift.

Yes, we make it easy to rebook your favorite Companions!

We utilize Stripe, a third party, secure credit card processing system that is charged at the completion of each shift.

We recommend at least 24 hours to ensure the highest response from our Companions.

Yes! Maxim at Home is completely free to sign-up.

No, we do not require a consultation to get started. Signing up for services is self-guided, however, if you would like more personalized support our Advisors are here to support you along the way.

Yes, our clients can post jobs for holiday coverage in the platform. Our services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
